Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Blue Peak LLC, doing business as JabrensMedia (“Photographer”). By booking a session, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following.
Booking & Retainer
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time and will be applied toward the total session price. Your session is officially booked once the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Payment
Payment may be made through approved methods including [Venmo, credit card, ACH, etc.]. Pricing is confirmed once your retainer is paid. Any additional time, services, or requests beyond the original booking may be billed separately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The retainer is non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. If the Photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Session Experience
Session length, location, outfits, and deliverables are defined by the package you selected. Creative direction, posing, and editing are handled with care to reflect the Photographer’s style.
Image Delivery
You will receive a curated gallery of fully edited, high-resolution images delivered via an online gallery within 2 weeks. RAW or unedited files are not provided.
Artistic Style
By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with the Photographer’s portfolio and agree that editing style and creative choices are part of the service and are not subject to revision.
Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyrighted property of the Photographer. Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share images. Commercial use or resale requires written permission.
Model Release
The Client grants the Photographer irrevocable permission to use session images for website, portfolio, social media, and advertising purposes, without time limitation. Requests for privacy must be made in writing prior to the session and may include an additional fee.
Liability
While every care is taken, the Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the rare event of total image loss, liability is limited to a full refund.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
